Definition of Troubled Teens
Troubled teens range from 12-17 years old. Troubled teens are typically classified as one who is in the adolescent stage of life displaying self destructive behaviors. Behaviors that are typically identified in troubled teens are defiance, disobedience, out of control, anger, depression, dropping out of school, failing classes, violence, drug or alcohol use, suicide, and other dangerous or self-defeating behaviors.
Other causes that effect teens in being troubled may be ADD/ ADHD, conduct disorder, bipolar, and Aspbergers.
